Seeking Psychological Solace in Uncertainty: A Sociological Analysis of Young Adults’ Role Dissonance and Coping Mechanisms

摘要: 本文基于当代社会学理论，以社会角色与角色理论为主要视角，深入剖析了当代年轻人在面对角色失调困境时的心理调适行为，特别是年轻人中以各种非传统方式寻求心理慰藉的原因进行了探析，对时代发展背景下年轻人所面对的角色冲突、角色距离的具体表现做了详细描述。随着社会的快速发展和竞争的日益激烈，年轻人面临着学业、就业、社交和婚恋等多方面的压力，这些压力导致他们在角色扮演中出现角色冲突、角色距离等失调现象。为了缓解这些压力和焦虑，部分年轻人转向各种心理调适方式寻求心理支持和指导。通过分析这些心理调适方式在年轻人中的流行原因、主要关注内容及其对年轻人的影响，揭示了这一现象背后的社会心理机制。同时，本文也探讨了年轻人在面对角色失调时应如何保持理性和独立思考，学会在发展的浪潮中自洽，并提出了相应的建议。

Abstract: Based on contemporary sociological theory and from the perspective of social role and role theory, this paper deeply analyzes the psychological adjustment behavior of contemporary young people in the face of role imbalance, especially the reasons why young people seek psychological comfort in various non-traditional ways, and describes in detail the role conflict and role distance faced by young people under the background of the development of the times. With the rapid development of society and the increasingly fierce competition, young people are facing various pressures such as academic, employment, social and marriage, which lead to the imbalance of role conflict and role distance in their role play. In order to relieve these pressures and anxieties, some young people turn to various psychological adjustment methods to seek psychological support and guidance. By analyzing the reasons for the popularity of these psychological adjustment methods among young people, the main concerns and their impact on young people, this paper reveals the social psychological mechanism behind this phenomenon. At the same time, this paper also discusses how young people should keep rational and independent thinking in the face of role imbalance, learn to be self-consistent in the wave of development, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
