数智化背景下高职院校“9 + 3”民族学生数字素养培育的路径研究

摘要: 在数智化快速发展的时代,数字素养已成为个体职业发展的必备能力。文章聚焦高职院校“9 + 3”民族学生这一特殊群体,深入剖析其数字素养培育的相关问题。通过阐述数字素养的内涵及教育现状,调研学生数字素养的实际情况,分析影响因素与现存问题,结合职业教育目标、学生成长需求以及职业发展要求,构建针对性培养路径,旨在提升该群体数字素养,推动民族地区职业教育发展和产业能力提升。
Abstract: In the era of rapid development of digital intelligence, digital literacy has become an essential ability for individual career development. This article focuses on the special group of “9 + 3” ethnic minority students in higher vocational colleges and deeply analyzes relevant issues regarding the cultivation of their digital literacy. By expounding on the connotation of digital literacy and the current situation of education, conducting research on the actual situation of students, digital literacy, analyzing influencing factors and existing problems, and combining the goals of vocational education, students growth needs, and the requirements of career development, a targeted cultivation path is constructed. The aim is to improve the digital literacy of this group and promote the development of vocational education and the enhancement of industrial capabilities in ethnic minority areas.
