新基础教育理论视角下教师队伍建设研究
Research on the Construction of the Teaching Staff from the Perspective of the New Basic Education Theory
摘要: 在信息时代教育变革的背景下,基础教育阶段的教师队伍建设与培养尤为重要。当前我国基础教育阶段教师理论更新欠缺、实践应用机会少、院校与在职教师理论互不相同、队伍建设缺乏自我反思等问题一直存在。基于此,文章提出基于新基础教育的教育改革,解读新基础教育理论内涵,分析现有新基础教育实例,着力于从教师多维能力培养的角度来加强基础教育教师队伍的建设,并总结提出融合新基础教育理论的三种方法。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of educational transformation in the information age, the construction and cultivation of the teaching force at the basic education stage are particularly important. Currently, there are persistent issues in China’s basic education stage, such as insufficient theoretical updates among teachers, limited practical application opportunities, and a disconnect between theoretical knowledge in educational institutions and that of in-service teachers, as well as a lack of self-reflection in team building. In light of these problems, this paper proposes an educational reform based on the new basic education, interprets the theoretical connotations of the new basic education, analyzes existing examples of the new basic education, and focuses on strengthening the construction of the basic education teaching force from the perspective of multi-dimensional ability cultivation of teachers. It also summarizes and proposes three methods that integrate the theory of new basic education.
