创新创业导向下《组织行为学》课程建设策略研究——以伊犁师范大学为例

Research on the Construction Strategy of “Organizational Behavior” Course under the Guidance of Innovation and Entrepreneurship—Taking Yili Normal University as an Example

摘要: 针对当前《组织行为学》课程在“双创”能力培养中存在的理念贯彻不足、知识与能力融合不深等问题，本研究以伊犁师范大学为例，结合实践教学经验与新的社会就业要求，提出基于T-C-P-C教学理念的课程优化策略。通过整合理论教学、案例分析、创业计划书撰写及多维考核机制，探索课程改革路径。结果表明，该方法能有效贯通理论知识与实践应用，强化学生创新创业意识及管理能力，为提升学生就业竞争力和构建“双创”导向的课程体系提供实践参考，助力高校实现专业教育与创新创业教育的深度融合。

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the current “organizational behavior” course in the cultivation of “entrepreneurship and innovation” ability, such as the insufficient implementation of the concept, the lack of integration of knowledge and ability, this study takes Yili Normal University as an example, combined with practical teaching experience and the requirements of the new era, puts forward the Curriculum Optimization Strategy Based on T-C-P-C teaching concept. Through the integration of theoretical teaching, case analysis, business plan writing and multi-dimensional assessment mechanism, the path of curriculum reform is explored. The results show that this method can effectively integrate theoretical knowledge and practical application, strengthen students’ innovation and entrepreneurship awareness and management ability, provide practical reference for improving students’ employment competitiveness and building a “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” oriented curriculum system, and help colleges and universities realize the deep integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.
