心理资本、教师支持与学习投入关系研究综述——基于云南医药健康职业学院的实证对比

A Review of the Relationship between Psychological Capital, Teacher Support and Learning Engagement—An Empirical Comparison Based on Yunnan Vocational College of Medicine and Health

摘要: 本文系统梳理国内外关于心理资本、教师支持与学习投入关系的研究成果，聚焦职业教育领域，尤其是医药类高职院校的研究现状。通过对比云南医药健康职业学院相关实证研究与国内外文献的异同，分析现有研究的贡献与不足，提出未来研究方向。研究发现，国内外研究均证实心理资本与教师支持对学习投入具有正向影响，但针对特定专业领域的中介机制研究仍需深化。本研究通过揭示教师支持在心理资本与学习投入中的部分中介作用，为职业教育教学改革提供了新的视角与实践路径。

Abstract: This paper systematically combs the research achievements on the relationship among psychological capital, teacher support, and learning engagement at home and abroad, focusing on the research status in vocational education, especially in medical vocational colleges. By comparing the empirical research of Yunnan Vocational College of Medicine and Health with domestic and foreign literature, this paper analyzes the contributions and deficiencies of existing research and proposes future research directions. The study finds that both domestic and foreign studies confirm that psychological capital and teacher support have a positive impact on learning engagement, but the research on mediating mechanisms in specific professional fields still needs to be deepened. By revealing the partial mediating role of teacher support in psychological capital and learning engagement, this study provides a new perspective and practical path for the reform of vocational education and teaching.
