摘要: 随着数字经济时代的到来，电商企业面临着日益复杂的商业环境和激烈的市场竞争。财务共享平台作为一种新型的财务管理模式，为电商企业实现业务与财务的深度融合提供了重要支撑。本文基于财务共享平台的应用背景，深入探讨电商企业业财融合的优化策略，从财务管理转型、流程标准化再造、信息系统优化以及人才培养转型四个维度提出具体实施方案，旨在帮助电商企业提升财务管理效能，增强市场竞争力。

Abstract: With the advent of the digital economy era, e-commerce enterprises are facing increasingly complex business environments and fierce market competition. As a new financial management model, financial shared service platforms provide crucial support for e-commerce companies to achieve deep integration between business and finance. Based on the application background of financial shared service platforms, this paper thoroughly explores optimization strategies for the business-finance integration in e-commerce enterprises. It proposes specific implementation plans from four dimensions: financial management transformation, process standardization and reengineering, information system optimization, and talent development transformation, aiming to help e-commerce enterprises enhance financial management efficiency and strengthen market competitiveness.
