Relationship between Psychological Resilience and Career Anxiety of Five-Year Clinical Medicine Students during Internship

摘要: 目的：调查五年制临床医学专业学生实习期间心理韧性及择业焦虑现状及其影响因素，为制订促进临床医学专业学生实习期间心理韧性方案、解决其择业焦虑问题提供参考。方法：便利抽样方法选取十堰市3所三级甲等医院五年制临床专业实习学生，使用一般资料调查表、心理韧性量表、择业焦虑量表进行调查。结果：五年制临床医学专业学生实习期间心理韧性总分为(57.15 ± 17.07)分、择业焦虑总分为(79.46 ± 24.47)分；其中心理韧性与择业焦虑呈负相关(P < 0.05)。结论：五年制临床专业学生实习期间心理韧性有待提高，应根据学生个性特征制定针对性策略增强其心理韧性、降低职业选择焦虑。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of psychological resilience and career choice anxiety among five-year clinical medicine students during their internship, providing references for developing strategies to enhance psychological resilience and address career choice anxiety. Methods: A convenience sampling method was used to select five-year clinical medicine interns from three tertiary Grade A hospitals in Shiyan City. Data were collected using general information questionnaires, the Psychological Resilience Scale, and the Career Choice Anxiety Scale. Results: The total psychological resilience score of interns was (57.15 ± 17.07) points, while the total career choice anxiety score was (79.46 ± 24.47) points. Psychological resilience showed a negative correlation with career choice anxiety (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The psychological resilience of five-year clinical medicine students during internships needs improvement. Targeted strategies should be developed based on individual characteristics to enhance psychological resilience and reduce career choice anxiety.
