浅谈“双减”政策对乌鲁木齐初中生家庭经济性与非经济性教育投入的影响——基于家长视角
A Brief Discussion on the Impact of the “Double Reduction” Policy on the Economic and Non-Economic Educational Inputs of Junior High School Students’ Families in Urumqi—From the Perspective of Parents
摘要: 近年来,“双减”政策热度极高。本研究通过深度访谈乌鲁木齐20名来自不同家庭的家长,探讨“双减”政策对乌鲁木齐初中生家庭经济性与非经济性教育投入的影响。研究发现,乌鲁木齐初中生家庭经济性教育投入呈现结构性调整,体育培训支出显著增长,同时学科类投入转向私教、教辅资料以及学习工具等形式。非经济性教育投入方面,除教育参与时间投入有所增长之外,受稳定性因素影响总体变化不大。本研究从经济性与非经济性教育投入着手,结合布迪厄文化资本理论和科尔曼社会资本理论解释,以期为乌鲁木齐初中生家庭教育提供指导建议。
Abstract: In recent years, the “Double Reduction” policy has garnered significant attention. This study explores the policy’s impact on both economic and non-economic educational investments among junior high school families in Urumqi through in-depth interviews with 20 parents from diverse backgrounds. Findings reveal structural adjustments in household educational expenditures: sports training costs show marked growth, while subject-based tutoring investments have shifted toward private tutoring, supplementary materials, and educational technologies. Regarding non-economic investments, while parental time commitment to educational engagement has increased, other aspects remain relatively stable due to persistent social factors. Grounded in Bourdieu’s cultural capital theory and Coleman’s social capital theory, this research provides a dual-perspective analysis of educational resource allocation patterns, offering actionable recommendations for optimizing family education strategies in Urumqi’s junior high school communities.
