基于CiteSpace的针灸治疗耳鸣研究文献可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Research Literature on Acupuncture in the Treatment of Tinnitus Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 目的：利用科学知识图谱方法分析针灸治疗耳鸣的研究现状及热点，并探讨其发展趋势。方法：检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)自建库至2024年8月中国知网所收录的针灸治疗耳鸣的中文文献，应用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件从针灸治疗耳鸣相关文献的作者、研究机构、年度发表趋势、关键词共现、文献时间、突现词等方面进行可视化分析。结果：共计纳入中文文献958篇，有5位作者发文量≥4篇；机构中成都中医药大学期刊发文总量居于首位；关键词分析显示，共涉及793个关键词，其中频次≥5的有49个，治疗方法以电针、中药为主；年发文总量呈逐步上升趋势。结论：针对针灸治疗耳鸣的研究，作者间的联系与沟通有待加强，需积极开展多中心高质量的临床研究，不断探索出针灸结合穴位注射、声治疗、中药等新型疗法。

Abstract: Objective: To analyse the current research status and hotspots of acupuncture for tinnitus using the scientific knowledge mapping method and to discuss its development trend. Methods: Chinese literature on acupuncture for tinnitus included in the Chinese Journals Full Text Database (CNKI) from its establishment to August 2024 was searched, and CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was applied to visualize and analyze the literature related to acupuncture for tinnitus in terms of authors, research institutes, yearly publication trends, keyword co-occurrences, literature time, and emergent words. Results: a total of 958 Chinese documents were included, with 5 authors publishing ≥4 documents; the total number of documents published by journals of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine among the institutions was the first; keyword analysis showed that a total of 793 keywords were involved, of which 49 had a frequency ≥5, and the treatment methods were mainly electroacupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine; the total number of annual publications showed a gradual upward trend. Conclusion: for the research on tinnitus treatment by acupuncture, the contact and communication between authors need to be strengthened, need to actively carry out multi-center high-quality clinical research, and constantly explore the acupuncture combined with acupoint injection, sound therapy, traditional Chinese medicine and other new therapies.
