产教融合背景下职业院校劳动教育的创新与实践探索

摘要: 产教融合背景下,职业院校劳动教育创新与实践旨在破解职业教育中劳动教育弱化的难题,促进劳动教育与产业深度融合,提升人才培养质量,满足经济社会发展对高素质技术技能人才的需求。本文通过问卷调查、访谈等方式,了解丽水市职业院校劳动教育现状,探讨认知偏差与概念模糊、资源供给与需求错配、课程设计与产业脱节、参与动机功利化等方面问题,并提出理念革新、资源重构、课程变革、机制创新等创新路径,增强劳动教育的实效性和针对性,为职业院校劳动教育的持续发展提供可借鉴的经验,提升学生的劳动观念、劳动技能和职业素养,推动职业教育与区域经济协同发展。
Abstract: In the context of the integration of industry and education, the innovation and practice of labor education in vocational colleges aim to solve the problem of weakened labor education in vocational education, promote the deep integration of labor education and industry, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and meet the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents in economic and social development. This article aims to understand the current situation of labor education in vocational colleges in Lishui City through questionnaire surveys, interviews, and other methods. It explores issues such as cognitive bias and conceptual ambiguity, mismatch between resource supply and demand, disconnection between curriculum design and industry, and utilitarianism of participation motivation. Innovative paths such as conceptual innovation, resource reconstruction, curriculum reform, and mechanism innovation are proposed to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of labor education, provide valuable experience for the sustainable development of labor education in vocational colleges, improve students’ labor concepts, skills, and professional qualities, and promote the coordinated development of vocational education and regional economy.
