中华农耕文化融入大学生劳动教育现状及困境研究
Research on the Current Situation and Challenges of Integrating Chinese Agricultural Culture into College Students’ Labor Education
摘要: 中华农耕文化作为中华民族数千年来生产实践和生活智慧的结晶,蕴含着丰富的劳动教育价值。随着城市化、工业化的快速推进,传统农耕文化在当代社会的影响力逐渐减弱,许多大学生对农业劳动和农耕智慧缺乏直观认知,劳动观念和实践能力也呈现出一定的弱化趋势。在此背景下,如何将中华农耕文化的精髓融入大学生劳动教育,增强劳动教育的文化内涵与实践效果,成为当前高等教育领域亟待探索的重要课题。本研究基于文化记忆理论、“从做中学”理论和全人教育理论,采用混合研究方法,系统考察了中华农耕文化融入大学生劳动教育的现状与困境。
Abstract: Chinese agricultural culture, as the crystallization of thousands of years of production practice and life wisdom of the Chinese nation, contains rich labor education value. With the rapid advancement of urbanization and industrialization, the influence of traditional agricultural culture in contemporary society is gradually weakening. Many college students lack intuitive understanding of agricultural labor and farming wisdom, and their labor concepts and practical abilities are also showing a certain weakening trend. In this context, how to integrate the essence of Chinese agricultural culture into college students’ labor education, enhance the cultural connotation and practical effect of labor education, has become an important issue that urgently needs to be explored in the field of higher education. This study is based on cultural memory theory, “learning by doing” theory, and holistic education theory, using a mixed research method to systematically examine the current situation and challenges of integrating Chinese agricultural culture into labor education for college students.
