特质–因素理论视域下初中生生涯规划的实效性研究
A Study on the Effectiveness of Career Planning for Junior High School Students from the Perspective of Trait-Factor Theory
摘要: 初中阶段是个人意识逐渐步入成熟、职业生涯意识开始萌发的重要节点,有效的生涯规划可以帮助他们更好地认识自我,主动链接未来发展方向。特质–因素理论作为一种经典的职业指导理论,能够为初中生生涯规划提供重要的理论依据和方法指导。本文从特质–因素理论视域,以访谈研究的方式,结合初中生的心理特点、学习特点、行为特点等探析初中生未来在生涯规划中可能存在的阶段性目标。基于初中生特质为中学管理者提供了相应的生涯教育实践路径及生涯引导策略参考,解决由个体差异带来的外部阶段性目标差异化问题,提高初中生生涯教育的实效性,丰富人生规划教育的特异性。
Abstract: Junior high school represents a crucial stage where individual consciousness matures and career awareness begins to emerge. Effective career planning can assist them in better understanding themselves, actively connecting with future developmental directions and establishing reasonable positioning. As a classic vocational guidance theory, the Trait-Factor Theory provides important theoretical foundations and methodological guidance for career planning among junior high school students. This paper analyzes the potential phased goals in the future career planning of junior high school students from the perspective of the Trait-Factor Theory, taking into account their psychological, learning, and behavioral characteristics. Based on the characteristics of junior high school students, this paper provides corresponding career education practice paths and career guidance strategy references for middle school administrators. It addresses the issue of differentiated external stage goals caused by individual differences, improves the effectiveness of career education for junior high school students, and enriches the specificity of life planning education.
