独立学院转设背景下教学管理人员能力提升路径探究
Research on the Path of Improving the Competence of Teaching Administrators under the Background of the Transformation of Independent Colleges
摘要: 在独立学院转设的时代背景下,教学管理人员能力的提升成为高校顺利完成转设并实现高质量发展的关键因素。转设过程中,学校性质、管理模式及资源配置的变化,对教学管理人员的政策解读、资源整合和实践创新能力提出更高要求。本文剖析了教学管理人员能力提升影响因素,构建了教学管理人员能力提升理论框架,深入探究教学管理人员能力提升路径,提出通过紧跟政策与行业趋势,构建动态学习机制,强化对政策的协同解读与实践应用;依托学校资源,打造分层分类培训体系、深化数字化管理培训、拓展校企合作实践并搭建案例共享云平台,形成系统化能力提升平台;强化个人驱动,锚定转型目标深化实践积累,构建反思交流体系拓宽能力提升路径;借助人工智能提升学习精准度与效率、构建跨校协同学习与共享社区、建立数字化能力成长档案袋。这些路径的实施有助于教学管理人员在转设浪潮中突破能力瓶颈,推动学校教学管理模式革新,为独立学院转设后的可持续发展和我国高等教育事业的进步提供有力支撑。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the transformation of independent colleges, enhancing the capabilities of teaching management personnel has become a critical factor for colleges and universities to successfully complete the transformation and achieve high-quality development. During the transformation process, changes in the nature of schools, management models, and resource allocation impose higher requirements on the policy interpretation, resource integration, and practical innovation capabilities of teaching management personnel. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of teaching management personnel’s capability improvement, constructs a theoretical framework for their capability enhancement, and deeply explores the paths for improving their capabilities. It is proposed to strengthen the collaborative interpretation and practical application of policies by keeping pace with policies and industry trends and building a dynamic learning mechanism; rely on school resources to create a stratified and classified training system, deepen digital management training, expand school-enterprise cooperation practices, and build a case-sharing cloud platform to form a systematic capability improvement platform; strengthen personal motivation, anchor transformation goals to deepen practical accumulation, and build a reflection and communication system to broaden capability improvement paths; and leverage artificial intelligence to enhance learning accuracy and efficiency, build cross-school collaborative learning and sharing communities, and establish digital capability growth portfolios. The implementation of these paths helps teaching management personnel break through capability bottlenecks in the wave of transformation, promotes the innovation of school teaching management models, and provides a strong support for the sustainable development of independent colleges after transformation and the progress of China’s higher education cause.
