英语教学中案例教学法的运用
The Application of Case Teaching Method in English Teaching
摘要: 案例教学法作为一种以实际案例为基础的教学方法,强调理论与实践的结合,让学生在学习过程中不仅能够掌握语言知识,体会英语在商业环境中的实际操作方式。而教师在英语教学中运用案例教学法,既可以提高教学质量,还能显著提升学生的综合能力。案例教学法根植于建构主义学习理论与情境学习理论,其核心在于通过真实情境中的协作与反思实现知识建构。本文在系统梳理案例教学法与其他教学方法(如任务型教学法、传统讲授法)的差异与互补性基础上,结合实证研究验证其有效性,弥补现有研究对跨文化交际与多技能整合的不足,为高校商务英语教学提供创新路径。
Abstract: As a pedagogical approach grounded in real-world case studies, the case-based teaching method emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, enabling students to not only acquire linguistic knowledge but also experience the practical application of English in authentic business environments. By employing this method in English instruction, educators can enhance teaching quality while significantly improving students’ comprehensive competencies. Rooted in constructivist learning theory and situated learning theory, this approach centers on collaborative knowledge construction and reflective practice within authentic contexts. This study systematically examines the distinctions and complementary relationships between case-based teaching and other pedagogical approaches (e.g., task-based teaching methods, traditional lecture-based instruction). Through empirical research, it validates the effectiveness of case-based teaching, addresses gaps in existing studies regarding intercultural communication and multi-skill integration, and proposes innovative pathways for business English education in higher education institutions.
