中国–东盟合作背景下云南省高校非通用外语教学规划研究
A Study on the Planning of Non-General Foreign Languages Teaching in Yunnan Higher Education Institutions under the Background of China-ASEAN Cooperation
摘要: 聚焦中国–东盟合作背景,云南省高校非通用外语教育对区域合作意义重大。通过文献研究法,从专业设置、教育资源、人才培养模式及市场需求等维度,深入剖析云南省内高校非通用外语教学现状。基于语言经济学和多元文化教育理论,揭示了专业结构失衡、教育资源匮乏、人才培养模式实效性不足以及教学定位与实际需求脱节等问题。据此,提出优化专业结构与布局、加强教育资源建设、创新人才培养模式和强化教学与市场需求对接等策略,以推动改革,助力培养适应中国–东盟合作需求的高素质语言人才。
Abstract: Focusing on the background of China-ASEAN cooperation, the non-general foreign language education in Yunnan higher education institutions is of great significance to regional cooperation. Through the literature research method, the current status of non-general foreign language teaching in Yunnan universities is thoroughly analyzed from the dimensions of professional settings, educational resources, talent cultivation models, and market demands. Based on the theories of the economics of language and multicultural education, issues such as imbalanced professional structures, insufficient educational resources, lack of effectiveness in talent cultivation models, and disconnection between teaching orientation and actual demands have been revealed. Accordingly, strategies to optimize professional structures and layouts, enhance the construction of educational resources, innovate talent cultivation models, and strengthen the alignment between teaching and market demands are proposed to promote reform and support the cultivation of high-quality language talents that meet the needs of China-ASEAN cooperation.
