面向突发事件的发电企业应急响应能力提升——安全教育与培训机制创新研究
Emergency Response Capability Enhancement of Power Generation Enterprises Facing Emergencies—An Innovative Study on Safety Education and Training Mechanisms
摘要: 在全球能源结构转型和气候变化的背景下,发电企业面临的突发事件风险日益增加。有效的应急响应能力是保障企业安全、保护员工生命财产安全的重要保障。本文通过分析发电企业在突发事件中的应急响应现状,引入问卷调查(样本量为300名发电企业员工)与实证分析方法,探讨了安全教育与培训机制的创新路径,以提升发电企业的应急响应能力。研究表明,通过建立系统化的安全教育与培训体系,结合先进的技术手段和管理理念,发电企业能够显著提高应急响应的效率和效果,经实证检验,沉浸式培训使员工应急操作准确率提升28%,响应时间缩短35%。
Abstract: In the context of global energy structure transformation and climate change, power generation enterprises are facing increasing risks of emergencies. Effective emergency response capability is an important guarantee for safeguarding enterprise safety and protecting employees’ lives and properties. By analysing the current situation of emergency response of power generation enterprises in emergencies, this paper explores the innovative path of safety education and training mechanism to enhance the emergency response capability of power generation enterprises. The study shows that by establishing a systematic safety education and training system, combined with advanced technical means and management concepts, power generation enterprises can significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency response.
