高校教育经费支出结构对绩效的影响研究文献综述

摘要: 高等教育水平被视为一个国家发展的关键指标，它不仅反映了国家的发展程度，也对未来的发展前景起着重要作用。如今，我国高等院校重多，但内部办学层次存在不平衡性，层级差异大，对高等院校进行绩效评估具有必要性。基于此，本文对高等院校的经费支出结构以及绩效评价的文献进行梳理，意在总结各学者研究结果，探究一个合理的高校支出结构并总结经验研究不足。
Abstract: The level of higher education is regarded as a key indicator of a country’s development. It not only reflects the current state of development but also plays a significant role in shaping future prospects. At present, China has a large number of higher education institutions, but there is an imbalance in the internal levels of education, with significant differences between tiers. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct performance assessments of higher education institutions. Based on this, this paper reviews the literature on the expenditure structure of higher education institutions and performance evaluation, aiming to summarize the research findings of various scholars, explore a rational expenditure structure for higher education institutions, and identify the shortcomings in empirical research.
