电子商务平台对小农户市场接入能力的影响
The Impact of E-Commerce Platforms on the Market Access Capacity of Small-Scale Farmers
摘要: 在信息技术快速发展的背景下,本文深入研究了电子商务平台对小农市场接入能力的影响,揭示了其带来的机遇和挑战。电子商务不仅为小农提供了突破传统销售渠道局限的新途径,还通过各种方式帮助小农实现收入增长和经济独立;同时也带来了多重挑战。文章对现有政策扶持措施的有效性进行了评估,指出尽管存在重大挑战,但在有针对性的政策支持和技术培训的帮助下,小农可以克服这些障碍,充分发挥电子商务平台的优势,增强市场竞争力,促进自身和社区的可持续发展。本研究针对农业推广工作者、电子商务平台运营者以及相关利益相关者提出具体建议,致力于共同构建有利于小农发展的电子商务生态系统,从而促进农村经济的繁荣和社会的全面进步。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the rapid development of information technology, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the impact of e-commerce platforms on the market access capacity of small-scale farmers, revealing the opportunities and challenges they bring. E-commerce not only provides small farmers with a new way to break through the limitations of traditional sales channels, but also helps them achieve income growth and economic independence by reducing transaction costs, expanding sales scope and enhancing product popularity; At the same time, it has also brought multiple challenges, such as the digital divide in technology and knowledge acquisition, difficulties in logistics and distribution, pressure to meet market quality standards and fierce market competition. The article assesses the effectiveness of the existing policy support measures, pointing out that despite major challenges, with the help of targeted policy support and technical training, small farmers can overcome these obstacles, give full play to the advantages of e-commerce platforms, enhance market competitiveness and promote the sustainable development of themselves and their communities. This study puts forward specific suggestions for agricultural extension workers, e-commerce platform operators and related stakeholders and is committed to jointly building an e-commerce ecosystem conducive to the development of small-scale farmers, thereby promoting the prosperity of the rural economy and the all-round progress of society.
