社工助力农村留守老人融入电商生活的策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Social Workers Helping the Left-Behind Elderly in Rural Areas to Integrate into E-Commerce Life

摘要: 在电商经济蓬勃发展与乡村振兴战略推进的时代背景下，农村留守老人因数字鸿沟难以融入电商生活，成为亟待解决的社会问题。本研究从个人、家庭、社会三个层面深入剖析农村留守老人融入电商生活的困境，并提出社会工作的介入策略：社会工作者可通过定制化技能培训与心理疏导，提升老人的个人能力；优化家庭远程指导方式，弥合代际差异；整合社会资源，改善基础设施与消费环境。通过这些措施能够有效缓解农村留守老人融入电商生活的困难，助力其享受电商发展的红利，促进老年群体在数字时代的社会参与，推动构建老年友好型数字生态。

Abstract: In the context of the vigorous development of e-commerce economy and the promotion of rural revitalization strategy, it is difficult for the left-behind elderly in rural areas to integrate into e-commerce life due to the digital divide, which has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently. This study deeply analyzes the plight of the rural left-behind elderly in integrating into e-commerce life from the three levels of individual, family and society, and puts forward the intervention strategies of social work: social workers can improve the personal ability of the elderly through customized skills training and psychological counseling; optimize the way of remote guidance at home to bridge the generational gap; and integrate social resources and improve infrastructure and consumption environment. Through these measures, it can effectively alleviate the difficulties of the left-behind elderly in rural areas to integrate into e-commerce life, help them enjoy the dividends of e-commerce development, promote the social participation of the elderly in the digital age, and promote the construction of an age-friendly digital ecology.
