高校辅导员开展大学生就业教育的创新路径研究

Research on Innovative Paths for College Counselors to Carry Out Employment Education for College Students

摘要: 高校辅导员是落实立德树人的主体、是开展大学生就业教育的主导力量。但随着经济结构变革，就业形势日新月异，辅导员沿用传统的就业教育模式面临极大挑战。如现有知识体系不完善、对大学生思想引领力下降以及校企协同育人资源衔接不足等困境。新时代背景下的辅导员就业教育工作有了更高要求，需通过明晰辅导员的角色定位，加强专业知识理论学习、强化思政教育与心理引导融合力度以及创新资源整合机制等途径，提升辅导员的就业教育能力，推动大学生高质量就业。

Abstract: College counselors are the main body in implementing moral education and the leading force in carrying out employment education for college students. But with the changing economic structure and rapidly changing employment situation, counselors face great challenges in using traditional employment education models. For example, the current knowledge system is incomplete, the guidance for college students’ thinking is declining, and there is insufficient connection between school enterprise collaborative education resources. Under the background of the new era, there are higher requirements for the employment education work of counselors. It is necessary to clarify the role positioning of counselors, strengthen the theoretical learning of professional knowledge, enhance the integration of ideological and political education and psychological guidance, and innovate resource integration mechanisms to improve the employment education ability of counselors and promote high-quality employment for college students
