课程思政视域下护理学基础混合式教学设计与实践
Design and Practice of Blended Teaching for Nursing Fundamentals from the Perspective of Course Ideology and Politics
摘要: 研究深入贯彻了“三全育人”的教育理念,以护理学专业人才培养目标为核心,致力于探索如何将课程思政元素融入到混合式教学的实践中。研究团队通过改革设计,构建了一个“点–线–面”相结合的课程思政育人体系,旨在从不同维度对学生进行全面的教育引导。研究还开发了一系列线上线下融合的教学资源,这些资源不仅丰富了教学内容,还增强了学生的学习体验。为了更全面地评价学生的学习效果,研究团队创新了多元化评价机制,以确保评价的公正性和全面性。通过改革,研究形成了一种“理论 + 实践”“线上 + 线下”“知识 + 素养”三位一体的教学模式。这种模式不仅注重理论知识的传授,还强调实践技能的培养和职业素养的提升。研究结果表明,这种教学模式有效地提升了学生的专业认同感,增强了他们的职业素养,并显著提高了他们的思想政治水平。此外,该模式还促进了护理学基础课程教学质量的全面提升,为其他同类课程思政改革提供了宝贵的经验和参考。
Abstract: This study deeply implements the educational concept of “three pronged education”, with the goal of cultivating nursing professionals as the core, and is committed to exploring how to integrate ideological and political elements into the practice of blended learning. The research team has constructed a “point line surface” integrated curriculum ideological and political education system through reform and design, aiming to provide comprehensive educational guidance to students from different dimensions. The research has also developed a series of online and offline integrated teaching resources, which not only enrich the teaching content but also enhance students’ learning experience. In order to comprehensively evaluate students’ learning outcomes, the research team has innovated a diversified evaluation mechanism to ensure the fairness and comprehensiveness of the evaluation. Through reform, a teaching model of “theory + practice”, “online + offline”, and “knowledge + literacy” has been developed. This model not only focuses on imparting theoretical knowledge, but also emphasizes the cultivation of practical skills and the improvement of professional ethics. The research results indicate that this teaching model effectively enhances students’ professional identity, strengthens their professional competence, and significantly improves their ideological and political level. In addition, this model has also promoted the comprehensive improvement of the teaching quality of basic nursing courses, providing valuable experience and reference for ideological and political reforms in other similar courses.
