摘要: 高校是培育社会主义建设者与接班人的重要阵地，承载着塑造青年一代的重要使命。在新时代育人工作的复杂背景下，将思想政治教育与心理健康教育有机融合、协同推进，不仅是应对现实教育需求的关键举措，更是培养全面发展人才的必然要求。本文深入探讨了思想政治教育与心理健康教育的内在关联，指出两者融合的必要性及可行性，并针对两者协同育人提出一系列实践路径，以更好地培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人，更好地应对新时代的挑战。

Abstract: As a pivotal front for nurturing socialist builders and successors, higher education institutions undertake the crucial mission of shaping the younger generation. Within the complex educational landscape of the new era, the organic integration and collaborative advancement of ideological-political education and mental health education has become not only a critical measure addressing contemporary educational demands, but also an essential requirement for cultivating comprehensively developed talents. This paper conducts an in-depth exploration of the intrinsic connection between ideological-political education and mental health education, elucidates the necessity and feasibility of their integration, and proposes a series of practical implementation strategies for their synergistic educational collaboration. These efforts aim to enhance the cultivation of well-rounded socialist builders and successors, thereby more effectively addressing the challenges of the new era.
