摘要: 本文聚焦高校贫困生这一特殊群体,深入探析其心理问题产生因素。研究发现,家庭经济因素是关键根源,经济压力与过高家庭期望使贫困生心理负担沉重。社会环境方面,阶层差异冲击与偏见歧视加剧问题。学校教育中,学业竞争压力和不良校园文化氛围影响显著。个人认知上,自我认知偏差及不当应对方式导致心理问题恶化。解决高校贫困生心理问题需家庭、学校、社会协同发力,改善经济状况,营造良好环境,加强心理教育,助力贫困生身心健康发展,实现学业与未来人生的顺利推进。
Abstract: This paper focuses on the special group of impoverished college students and delves into the factors contributing to their psychological issues. The research reveals that family economic factors are the primary root cause, with economic pressure and excessive family expectations imposing a heavy psychological burden on these students. In terms of the social environment, class differences and prejudice/discrimination exacerbate the problem. Within the realm of school education, academic competition pressure and a negative campus culture have a significant impact. On a personal level, self-perception biases and inappropriate coping mechanisms lead to the deterioration of psychological issues. Addressing the psychological issues of impoverished college students requires collaborative efforts from families, schools, and society to improve economic conditions, create a favorable environment, and strengthen psychological education, thereby facilitating the physical and mental health development of these students and ensuring their smooth progression in academics and future life.
