医用膜分离制氧系统在住院患者吸氧治疗中的应用效果观察
Application Effect of Medical Membrane Separation Oxygen Generation System in Oxygen Inhalation Treatment of Hospitalized Patients
摘要: 目的:观察医用膜分离制氧系统在住院患者吸氧治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取本公司合作的陕西省咸阳市第一人民医院2023年5月~2024年4月收治的300例住院吸氧治疗患者,随机分为对照组(n = 150)与观察组(n = 150),对照组采用院外配送的医用氧(氧浓度 ≥ 99.5%),观察组采用医用膜分离制氧系统(氧浓度 ≥ 99.5%),对比2组患者的临床指标(血氧饱和度、呼吸频率)、临床疗效、治疗成本、护理操作时间、患者舒适度(GCQ评分)、不良事件发生率(氧气泄漏、管道堵塞、设备故障)、并发症发生率(氧中毒、呼吸道黏膜干燥、感染)、设备维护情况(维护时间、维护费用、使用寿命估算时间)。结果:2组治疗后的血氧饱和度、呼吸频率对比,P > 0.05;2组的总有效率相近,P > 0.05;观察组的治疗成本、护理操作时间少于对照组,患者舒适度评分高于对照组,P < 0.05;观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,P < 0.05;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,P < 0.05;观察组设备的维护时间、维护费用少于对照组,使用寿命估算时间长于对照组,P < 0.05。结论:医用膜分离制氧系统在住院患者吸氧治疗中的应用效果显著,可在保证氧疗效果的同时,降低治疗成本,缩短护理操作时间,提高患者舒适度,降低不良事件发生率与并发症发生率,减少设备维护成本,值得推行。
Abstract: Objective: To observe the application effect of medical membrane separation oxygen generation system in oxygen inhalation treatment of hospitalized patients. Methods: A total of 300 hospitalized patients treated with oxygen inhalation in our cooperative hospital from May 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into control group (n = 150) and observation group (n = 150). The control group was treated with medical oxygen distributed outside the hospital (oxygen concentration ≥ 99.5%), and the observation group was treated with medical membrane separation oxygen generation system (oxygen concentration ≥ 99.5%). The clinical indicators (blood oxygen saturation, respiratory rate), clinical efficacy, treatment cost, nursing operation time, patient comfort (GCQ score), incidence of adverse events (oxygen leakage, pipe blockage, equipment failure), incidence of complications (oxygen toxicity, respiratory mucosa dryness, infection), and equipment maintenance status (maintenance time, maintenance costs, estimated service life) of the two groups were compared. Results: The blood oxygen saturation and respiratory rate were compared between the two groups after treatment, P > 0.05; the total effective rate of the two groups was similar, P > 0.05; the treatment cost and nursing operation time of the observation group were less than those of the control group, and the patient comfort score was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05; the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05; the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05; the maintenance time and costs of the equipment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the estimated service life was longer than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The application effect of medical membrane separation oxygen generation system in the oxygen inhalation treatment of hospitalized patients is significant, which can reduce the treatment cost, shorten the nursing operation time, improve the comfort of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse events and complications while ensuring the effect of oxygen therapy, and cut down equipment maintenance costs, which is worthy of promotion.
