豫南美食文本的AI翻译质量研究——以豪斯翻译质量评估模式为指导

Research on AI Translation Quality of Southern Henan Cuisine Texts—Guided by the House Translation Quality Assessment Model

摘要: 豫南特色美食是中华地域文化的重要组成部分，其中饱含着浓厚的历史传统和民俗情愫，在国际传播语境当中，对其实施有效的翻译有利于讲述中国饮食故事，助力中华文化走向世界，提升国家的文化软实力。伴随AI技术持续发展，各种AI平台慢慢得到全面应用，所以，探究其译文质量变得格外关键，本文按照豪斯翻译质量评定模式，选定DeepSeek和ChatGPT这两个AI平台来分析并对比豫南美食类文本的译文，期望给区域美食类文本的AI翻译操作以及译后编辑赋予可行的建议和研究方向。

Abstract: The specialties of southern Henan are an important part of Chinese regional culture, which is full of rich historical traditions and folk sentiments. In the context of international communication, effective translation is conducive to telling the story of Chinese food, helping Chinese culture to go global, and enhancing the country’s cultural soft power. With the continuous development of AI technology, various AI platforms are gradually being fully applied, so it is particularly important to explore the quality of their translations. This article selects DeepSeek and ChatGPT, two AI platforms, to analyze and compare the translations of southern Henan food texts according to the House translation quality assessment model, hoping to provide feasible suggestions and research directions for AI translation operations and post-editing of regional food texts.
