高职院校“岗课赛证”融合模式的实践研究——以国际贸易专业为例
A Practical Study on the Integration Model of “Job, Course, Competition, Certification” in Higher Vocational Colleges—Taking the International Trade Major as an Example

摘要: 在职业教育数字化转型背景下,“岗课赛证”融合模式作为产教融合的创新路径,对培养高素质技术技能人才具有重要意义。本研究采用混合研究方法,通过文献分析、问卷调查(n = 485)、深度访谈(n = 32)和案例研究,构建了“岗课赛证”融合模式的理论框架,并以某高职院校国际贸易专业为例进行实证分析。研究发现:1) 基于能力本位理论和生态系统理论构建的“岗课赛证”融合模式具有系统性、动态性和协同性特征;2) 该模式在实施过程中面临的主要挑战包括:教学内容与岗位技能匹配度不足(65.16%)、竞赛资源转化效率低(67.42%)、证书认可度有待提升(64.12%);3) 通过构建“四位一体”的协同机制和“五维评价”体系,显著提升了学生的职业能力和就业竞争力。本研究为职业教育改革提供了理论依据和实践指导。
Abstract: Against the background of the digital transformation of vocational education, the “Job, Course, Competition, Certification” integration model, as an innovative path of industry-education integration, is of great significance for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents. The research employed mixed methods including literature analysis, questionnaire surveys (n = 485), in-depth interviews (n = 32), and case studies, therefore constructing a theoretical framework for the integration model. Subsequently, empirical analysis examined the International Trade major at a vocational college. The integration model builds upon competency-based theory and ecosystem theory. The model demonstrates three core characteristics: systematisms, dynamism, and synergy. However, implementation challenges emerged during practice. Teaching content poorly aligns with job skills (65.16%). Competition resources show low transformation efficiency (67.42%). Certificate recognition requires improvement (64.12%). Nevertheless, solutions proved effective through systematic approaches. A “four-in-one” collaborative mechanism was established alongside a “five-dimensional evaluation” system. These interventions significantly enhanced students’ vocational abilities and employment competitiveness. The research provides theoretical foundations and practical guidance for vocational education reform.
