论基于课堂革命的高职教育“三教”改革路径研究
Research on the Reform Path of “Three Education” in Higher Vocational Education Based on Classroom Revolution
摘要: 近年来国家教育部根据国内外教育发展现状,提出“培养什么人,怎么培养人,为谁培养人”的思想,其目的就是课堂革命,而高职英语“新三教”改革正是这一政策的真切落实。基于课堂革命与“新三教”改革的意义、价值和开展过程中遇到的问题,探索高职英语教育的“新三教”改革工作如何更好的实施。教师层面,要实现教书匠向育人的转变,教师角色从传授知识转变为育人,使教师不再闭门造车,而是成为校企合作教育的桥梁;教材层面,将实用性知识融入到传统教材中来,也可以多方合作协同完成教材编写,使教材内容更加丰富;教法层面,教师教学应当以学生为中心,改变陈旧落后的教学方式,采用新技术教学方法。
Abstract: In recent years, the Ministry of Education of China has put forward the idea of “what kind of people to cultivate, how to cultivate people, and for whom to cultivate people” based on the current development status of education at home and abroad, with the aim of classroom revolution. The “New Three Education” reform of vocational English is the true implementation of this policy. Based on the significance, value, and problems encountered during the implementation of the classroom revolution and the “New Three Education” reform, explore how to better implement the “New Three Education” reform in vocational English education. At the teacher level, we need to achieve a transformation from being a teacher to nurturing students. The role of teachers should shift from imparting knowledge to nurturing students, so that they no longer work in isolation, but become a bridge for school enterprise cooperation in education; At the level of textbooks, practical knowledge can be integrated into traditional textbooks, and multi-party cooperation and collaboration can also be used to complete textbook writing, making the content of textbooks more abundant; At the level of teaching methods, teachers should put students at the center of their teaching, change outdated teaching methods, and adopt new technological teaching methods.
