基于建构主义学习理论的外语教师的教学信念与适应当代发展研究
A Study on Foreign Language Teachers’ Teaching Beliefs and Adaptation to Contemporary Development Based on Constructivist Learning Theory
摘要: 本文采用最常用的研究方法之一,文献阅读法,基于建构主义学习理论,分析了外语教师在语言观、语言学习观、学生观、教师观和教学观等方面应持有的信念,并提出了相应的教学策略。研究指出,外语教师应树立以学生为中心的语言观,注重语言的交际功能和文化内涵;在语言学习观上,关注学生的学习动机和母语作用,鼓励学生采用多元学习策略;在学生观上,重视学生的个体差异和学习动机,实施差异化教学;在教师观上,明确教师不仅是知识传授者,更是引导者和促进者;在教学观上,强调语言教学是知识传授与能力培养的结合。通过更新教学观念和灵活运用教学方法,外语教师可以更好地适应当代外语教学的发展需求,提升教学质量。
Abstract: This article employs the literature review method, one of the most commonly used research methods, and is grounded in constructivist learning theory. It analyzes the beliefs that foreign language teachers should hold regarding language, language learning, students, teaching, and pedagogy, and proposes corresponding teaching strategies. The study suggests that foreign language teachers should adopt a student-centered approach to language, emphasizing the communicative function and cultural significance of language. In terms of language learning, they should focus on students’ motivation and the role of their native language, encouraging them to use diverse learning strategies. Regarding students, it is important to recognize individual differences and learning motivations, implementing differentiated instruction. Teachers should be seen not only as knowledge transmitters but also as guides and facilitators. In terms of teaching, it is crucial to integrate knowledge transmission with skill development. By updating their teaching concepts and flexibly applying teaching methods, foreign language teachers can better meet the evolving needs of modern foreign language education and enhance teaching quality.
