基于供应链视角的国企电商运营管理模式探讨

Discussion on the Operation and Management Model of State-Owned Enterprise E-Commerce from the Perspective of Supply Chain

摘要: 随着电子商务的迅速发展，国有企业在电商领域的参与逐步加深，有效的运营管理模式成为推进其电商业务发展的关键。本文基于供应链视角，深入分析国企电商运营的现状与挑战，并重点探讨供应链管理在国企电商运营中的应用模式。通过对国企电商的具体案例研究，构建涵盖采购、仓储、物流与客户服务的全流程管理框架，提出优化供应链协同效率、推进数字化改造、提升服务质量的管理策略。研究表明，供应链视角下的电商运营管理能有效提升国企电商的综合效益，为其在竞争日益激烈的市场环境中提供竞争优势。该研究对国企电商转型升级及供应链管理的理论发展具有重要意义。

Abstract: With the rapid development of e-commerce, the participation of state-owned enterprises in the e-commerce field has gradually deepened, and effective operation and management models have become the key to promoting the development of their e-commerce business. This article is based on the perspective of supply chain, deeply analyzing the current situation and challenges of state-owned enterprise e-commerce operations, and focusing on exploring the application mode of supply chain management in state-owned enterprise e-commerce operations. Through specific case studies of state-owned enterprise e-commerce, a full process management framework covering procurement, warehousing, logistics, and customer service is constructed, and management strategies are proposed to optimize supply chain collaboration efficiency, promote digital transformation, and improve service quality. Research has shown that e-commerce operation management from a supply chain perspective can effectively enhance the comprehensive benefits of state-owned enterprise e-commerce, providing it with a competitive advantage in an increasingly competitive market environment. This study is of great significance for the theoretical development of the transformation and upgrading of state-owned enterprise e-commerce and supply chain management.
