摘要: 女性生殖道的多原发性恶性肿瘤较为少见，我们在此介绍一例同时患有子宫颈腺癌和子宫内膜样腺癌的患者，并讨论其诊断、治疗和预后。与单一肿瘤相比，多原发性恶性肿瘤在临床上病情更加复杂，在诊断过程中关注原发性和转移性肿瘤的鉴别诊断至关重要。
Abstract: Multiple Primary Malignant Neoplasms (MPMNs) of the female genital tract are relatively rare. We present a case of synchronous endocervical adenocarcinoma and endometrioid adenocarcinoma, with a discussion on its diagnosis, management, and prognosis. Compared to single primary malignancies, MPMNs exhibit greater clinical complexity, necessitating meticulous differential diagnosis between primary and metastatic tumors during the diagnostic process.
