医文融合下医学院校文科硕士培养困境及提升策略的研究与实践

摘要: 当今时代飞速发展,对专业学科的要求越来越高,学科的交叉融合是必然趋势。在这一背景下,医学院校文科专业应主动承担自身的责任和使命,围绕专业人才培养目标,构建医学院校研究生核心竞争力提升优化的研究与实践,创新机制和模式,提高人才培养质量,从而提供人力资源的有力支撑。本研究在理念融合、模式变革、实践应用方面均具有一定的创新性,有利于教育资源配置真正落到实处。通过研究发现医文融合下医学院校文科硕士人才培养在培养方案、培养模式、学术氛围营造方面均存在不足。通过提出优化课程、开展丰富的文化活动、建立多元化、专业化的师资队伍和科学评价体系,以实现医科院校教育人才培养核心竞争力的突破和创新。
Abstract: In today’s rapidly developing era, the requirements for professional disciplines are becoming increasingly high, and interdisciplinary integration is an inevitable trend. In this context, humanities majors in medical colleges should take the initiative to undertake their own responsibilities and missions, focus on professional talent cultivation goals, build research and practice to enhance and optimize the core competitiveness of medical graduate students, innovate mechanisms and models, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and provide strong support for human resources. This study has a certain degree of innovation in the integration of ideas, mode transformation, and practical application, which is conducive to the true implementation of educational resource allocation. Through research, it has been found that there are deficiencies in the training program, training mode, and academic atmosphere creation for humanities master’s talents in medical colleges under the integration of medical humanities. By proposing optimized courses, conducting rich cultural activities, establishing a diversified and specialized faculty team, and a scientific evaluation system, we aim to achieve breakthroughs and innovations in the core competitiveness of medical education talent cultivation.
