谈跨文化口译实践中的挑战——以三星堆博物馆导游口译为例

On the Challenges in Cross-Cultural Interpreting Practice—A Case Study of Guide Interpreting at the Sanxingdui Museum

摘要: 当今世界各国各地交流日渐频繁，跨境旅游规模不断扩大。三星堆博物馆作为展现中国古代文明的重要窗口，其讲解内容涵盖了大量的历史、文化以及考古知识，为跨文化博物馆口译提供了尤为独特的实践场景。本文聚焦于探讨跨文化口译实践在三星堆博物馆讲解过程中所面临的挑战，并通过详细分析提出相应的解决策略。笔者将从文化意象传递、专业术语翻译、即时性要求等方面深入剖析跨文化口译在三星堆博物馆讲解中的具体挑战，提出有效的应对策略。以对日后口译学习与实践提供一些借鉴与帮助。

Abstract: Nowadays, interactions among countries and regions have become increasingly frequent, and cross-border tourism continues to expand. As a significant window showcasing ancient Chinese civilization, the Sanxingdui Museum encompasses a wealth of historical, cultural, and archaeological knowledge in its interpretive content, thereby offering a particularly unique practical context for cross-cultural museum interpreting. This paper focuses on exploring the challenges encountered in cross-cultural interpreting practice during the guided tours at the Sanxingdui Museum and proposes corresponding solutions through detailed analysis. The present author delves into the specific challenges of cross-cultural interpreting in the context of the Sanxingdui Museum’s guided tours from the perspectives of cultural imagery transmission, terminology translation, and the demand for immediacy, and puts forward effective coping strategies. It is hoped that this study will provide some insights and assistance for future interpreting learning and practice.
