农产品电商发展的现实现状、困境挑战及优化路径
The Current Situation, Difficulties and Challenges, and Optimization Paths of the Development of Agricultural Product E-Commerce
摘要: 农产品电商作为现代农产品流通体系的重要创新形态,通过重构传统供应链结构有效打通了农产品上行渠道,在推动城乡要素流动与乡村产业振兴中发挥着关键作用。当前农产品电商发展呈现显著特征:农产品电商市场规模持续扩张、电商政策不断完善、业态模式多元并进,整体进入提质增效的新发展阶段。但深层次矛盾亦逐渐显现,主要表现为物流成本高昂难解、同质竞争加剧行业内卷、专业人才结构性矛盾突出等矛盾。针对上述问题,亟需通过推进物流体系转型升级、创新直播营销手段方法、构建电商人才培育体系等系统性措施,推动农产品电商向高质量发展转型,进而为乡村振兴战略实施注入持续动能。
Abstract: As an important innovative form of the modern agricultural product circulation system, agricultural product e-commerce has effectively opened up the upward channels of agricultural products by reconstructing the traditional supply chain structure, and plays a key role in promoting the flow of urban and rural factors and the revitalization of rural industries. The current development of agricultural product e-commerce shows distinct features: the market scale of agricultural product e-commerce continues to expand, e-commerce policies are constantly improving, and business models are advancing in a diversified manner. As a whole, it has entered a new stage of development characterized by quality improvement and efficiency enhancement. However, deep-seated contradictions have gradually emerged, mainly manifested as high and difficult-to-solve logistics costs, intensified homogeneous competition within the industry, and prominent structural contradictions among professional talents. In response to the above issues, it is urgent to promote the transformation of agricultural product e-commerce towards high-quality development through systematic measures such as advancing the transformation and upgrading of the logistics system, innovating live-streaming marketing methods and means, and establishing an e-commerce talent cultivation system, thereby injecting continuous impetus into the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
