数字乡村视域下农村电商发展路径与困境研究
Research on the Development Paths and Dilemmas of Rural E-Commerce from the Perspective of Digital Countryside
摘要: 在数字乡村背景下,农村电商发展迅速,市场潜力巨大,但面临基础设施不足、人才短缺、农产品标准化程度低和监管服务体系不健全等问题。解决路径包括加强基础设施建设、人才培养、推动农产品标准化和品牌化、完善监管服务体系。研究意义在于促进农村经济发展、缩小城乡差距。创新点在于探索适合农村的电商模式、利用大数据和人工智能技术优化供应链管理、提出针对性政策建议。本研究旨在为农村电商发展提供科学依据和实践指导。
Abstract: Under the backdrop of digital villages, rural e-commerce is developing rapidly with immense market potential. However, challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, talent shortages, low standardization of agricultural products, and imperfect regulatory and service systems persist. Solutions include strengthening infrastructure construction, cultivating professional talents, promoting the standardization and branding of agricultural products, and improving regulatory and service systems. The research significance lies in promoting rural economic development and narrowing the urban-rural gap. Innovations include exploring e-commerce models tailored to rural areas, leveraging big data and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to optimize supply chain management, and proposing targeted policy recommendations. This study aims to provide a scientific foundation and practical guidance for the development of rural e-commerce.
