数据驱动养老电商发展的问题研究

摘要: 在全球人口老龄化趋势日益加剧的当下，我国作为人口大国老龄化问题尤为突出。养老电商以老年人为核心服务对象，基于电子商务技术构建线上线下融合的养老服务平台，旨在缓解我国迫在眉睫的老龄问题。数据在养老电商中又扮演着核心角色，它涵盖老年人的基础数据、动态监测数据、养老服务数据等多个维度。通过对这些数据的收集、整合、分析与应用能够精准把握老年人的需求，实现养老电商服务的精准供给。然而，在数据驱动养老电商发展中发现存在数据标准不统一、数据流通不畅、社会认知力与参与度不够等问题。基于此，从技术标准建设、管理体制优化、认知素养提升等方面提出优化路径，试图缓解数据驱动养老电商发展的现实困境。

Abstract: In the current global trend of aging population, China, as a populous country, faces particularly prominent aging issues. Elderly care e-commerce focuses on the elderly as its core service target, and builds an online and offline integrated elderly care service platform based on e-commerce technology, aiming to alleviate the urgent aging problem in China. Data plays a core role in elderly care e-commerce, covering multiple dimensions such as basic data, dynamic monitoring data, and elderly care service data of the elderly. By collecting, integrating, analyzing, and applying this data, we can accurately grasp the needs of the elderly and achieve a precise supply of elderly e-commerce services. However, in the development of data-driven elderly care e-commerce, it has been found that there are problems such as inconsistent data standards, poor data circulation, and insufficient social awareness and participation. Based on this, optimization paths are proposed from the aspects of technical standard construction, management system optimization, and cognitive literacy improvement, in an attempt to alleviate the practical difficulties of data-driven development of elderly care e-commerce.
