摘要: 在数字技术深度重构产业体系、迭代新型职业岗位形态的时代语境下,职业教育数字化转型已成为优化人才培养供给侧结构、强化经济社会发展服务能级的战略必选项。职业教育改革的重心以及数字化转型的理论与实践基础就是“三教”改革。本文聚焦于“三教”改革与职业教育数字化转型之间的紧密关联展开深度研讨。一方面,剖析“三教”改革在契合产业发展走向以及优化育人模式方面所具备的关键作用与重要价值;另一方面,针对教材、教师、教法在数字化改革进程中呈现出的滞后状况展开细致探究,进而探寻切实可行的改革举措。同时,对改革所取得的成效进行系统分析,期望以此为职业教育数字化转型增添助力,推动职业教育质量的稳步提升。
Abstract: In the context of digital technology deeply reconstructing the industrial system and iterating new forms of vocational positions, the digital transformation of vocational education has become a strategic necessity to optimize the supply side structure of talent cultivation and strengthen the service level of economic and social development. The focus of vocational education reform and the theoretical and practical foundation of digital transformation are the “three education” reform. This article focuses on the close relationship between the “three Education” reform and the digital transformation of vocational education for an in-depth discussion. On the one hand, this study dissects the crucial role and significant value of the “three education” reform in aligning with the direction of industrial development and optimizing the talent cultivation model. On the other hand, it conducts a detailed investigation into the lagging conditions exhibited by textbooks, teachers, and teaching methods in the process of digital reform, and explores feasible reform measures. Meanwhile, it systematically analyzes the achievements of the reform, with the hope of contributing to the digital transformation of vocational education and promoting the steady improvement of the quality of vocational education.
