On the Social Nature in the Realization Process of Labor

摘要: 劳动产品是劳动者对象性本质力量的外化，它不仅展现了劳动的创造性、劳动者与自然的关系，还体现了劳动的社会性。劳动的自我确证需要在社会认可和市场交换中实现，其社会性实现依赖于社会关系。分工制度导致生产者与需求者分离，这种异化体现在劳动的四重规定中。劳动源于满足他人需求，通过这一过程，个人劳动成为社会性的“为他人的存在”，劳动者实现自我价值和社会价值。在资本主义体系中，货币虽使个体劳动转化为社会劳动，但这种实现有限且异化，阻碍了劳动社会性的全面实现。共产主义社会的按需分配原则将消除异化，使劳动回归本质，成为自觉、自由、全面发展且具有合作性的活动，实现劳动社会性的自觉和完全展现。

Abstract: Labor products are the externalization of the objective essential power of laborers. They not only display the creativity of labor and the relationship between laborers and nature but also embody the social nature of labor. The self-affirmation of labor needs to be achieved through social recognition and market exchange, and its social realization relies on social relations. The division-of-labor system leads to the separation between producers and demanders, and this alienation is manifested in the fourfold stipulations of labor. Labor originates from meeting the needs of others. Through this process, individual labor becomes a social “existence for others”, enabling laborers to realize both their self-worth and social value. In the capitalist system, although money transforms individual labor into social labor, this realization is limited and alienated, hindering the comprehensive realization of the social nature of labor. The principle of distribution according to needs in a communist society will eliminate alienation, allowing labor to return to its essence and become a conscious, free, all-round, and cooperative activity, thus achieving the conscious and full manifestation of the social nature of labor.
