数字劳动的异化及其治理研究

摘要: 数字技术的兴起,迎来了数字经济发展的机遇期,劳动形式逐步转变为数字劳动。数字劳动的崛起,为我国高质量发展注入强劲活力。基于我国人口结构变化、经济结构调整等社会现实的变化,数字劳动以其能够突破时空维度的灵活性特点,迅速得到市场的普遍认可。但是,由于数字劳动与数字资本之间总是存在不可跨越的鸿沟,尤其是涉及“人”这一复杂主体,在各方面便存在异化问题,这就使得发现问题并寻找恰当解决方法显得极其重要。
Abstract: The rise of digital technology has ushered in a period of opportunity for the development of the digital economy, and the form of labor has gradually transformed into digital labor. The rise of digital labor has injected strong vitality into China’s high-quality development. Based on the changes of social reality such as demographic changes and economic restructuring in China, digital labor has quickly been widely recognized by the market for its flexibility of breaking through the space-time dimension. However, because there is always an insurmountable gap between digital labor and digital capital, especially when it comes to the complex subject of “people”, there is a problem of alienation in all aspects, which makes it extremely important to find problems and find appropriate solutions.
