个性化健康教育在军队疗养员护理中的应用及对知识掌握
Application of Personalized Health Education in the Nursing of Military Sanatoriums and Knowledge Mastery
摘要: 目的:研究个性化健康教育在军队疗养员中的实际应用效果以及知识掌握情况。方法:抽取2022年3月至2023年3月间在本院接受疗养的275名官兵作为研究样本,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(143例)和研究组(132例)。对照组接受常规的基础护理服务,研究组在常规护理的基础上接受个性化健康教育。对两组疗养员的护理满意度和睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行了评分对比。结果:研究组在护理满意度方面的评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。在采取干预措施之后,研究组在PSQI总分及大部分因子得分上均低于对照组,但睡眠时长和催眠药物使用这两个因子除外,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。研究组在除睡眠时间和催眠药物使用外的其他睡眠质量方面有了显著的改善,优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:在军队疗养员中引入个性化健康教育取得了显著成效,不仅提升了疗养员对服务的满意度,而且有效地调整了他们的生理和心理状态,知识掌握也得到了提高,有助于增强部队的整体战斗力。
Abstract: Objective: To study the practical application effect and knowledge mastery of personalized health education among military recuperators. Method: 275 officers and soldiers who received recuperation in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research sample. They were randomly divided into a control group (143 cases) and a study group (132 cases) using a random number table method. The control group received routine basic nursing services, while the study group received personalized health education on the basis of routine nursing. A comparison was made between the nursing satisfaction and sleep quality index (PSQI) scores of two groups of convalescent patients. Result: The research group scored higher than the control group in terms of nursing satisfaction, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After taking intervention measures, the study group had lower total PSQI scores and most factor scores than the control group, except for sleep duration and hypnotic drug use, which had statistical significance (P < 0.05). The research group showed significant improvements in sleep quality, except for sleep time and the use of hypnotic drugs, which were superior to the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The introduction of personalized health education among military recuperators has achieved significant results, not only improving their satisfaction with the service, but also effectively adjusting their physiological and psychological states. Knowledge mastery has also been improved, which helps to enhance the overall combat effectiveness of the troops.
