电子商务模式下水果罐头企业营销策略创新研究
Research on the Innovation of Marketing Strategies for Fruit Canned Food Enterprises under the E-Commerce Mode
摘要: 在电子商务迅速发展的时代,水果罐头企业的市场环境发生了巨大变革。本文旨在探讨电子商务模式下水果罐头企业营销策略的创新路径。通过运用SWOT分析模型,深入分析水果罐头企业面临的优势、劣势、机会与威胁。从产品策略、价格策略、渠道策略、促销策略等方面,提出水果罐头企业在电子商务模式下的创新营销策略,以提升企业的市场竞争力,满足消费者日益多样化的需求,实现水果罐头企业在电商时代的可持续发展。
Abstract: In the era of rapid development of e-commerce, the market environment for fruit canned food enterprises has undergone tremendous changes. This paper aims to explore the innovative paths of marketing strategies for fruit canned food enterprises under the e-commerce model. By applying the SWOT analysis model, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by fruit canned food enterprises. From the aspects of product strategy, price strategy, channel strategy, and promotion strategy, innovative marketing strategies for fruit canned food enterprises under the e-commerce model are proposed to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, meet the increasingly diversified needs of consumers, and achieve the sustainable development of fruit canned food enterprises in the e-commerce era.
