中药熏蒸坐浴对混合痔术后并发症疗效的研究进展

Advances in the Study of the Curative Effect of Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Sitting Bath on Postoperative Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoids

摘要: 混合痔是临床常见的肛周疾病，手术是治疗混合痔的主要方式，术后并发症严重影响患者的生活质量。通过查阅国内外对混合痔术后中药熏蒸坐浴的相关文献，本文从中药熏蒸坐浴的机制与方法出发，进一步归纳总结了中药熏蒸坐浴对术后并发症(肛周疼痛、肛缘水肿)的疗效，也发现了不同的中药熏蒸坐浴温度、药物组成、熏洗时间等对患者的治疗效果有不同的影响。在今后的临床运用过程中，应多注重机制研究，充分挖掘中药熏蒸坐浴的外治优势，发挥中医药简便易廉的特色与优势。

Abstract: Mixed hemorrhoids are common clinical diseases of the anus, and surgery is the main way to treat mixed hemorrhoids. Postoperative complications seriously affect the quality of life of patients. By reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad on the postoperative Chinese medicine fumigation and sitting bath of mixed hemorrhoids, this article starts from the mechanism and method of Chinese medicine fumigation and sitting bath, further summarizes the efficacy of Chinese medicine fumigation and sitting baths on postoperative complications (perianal pain, perianal edema), and also finds out that different Chinese medicine fumigation and sitting bath temperatures, drug compositions, and fumigation and washing times have different effects on the treatment effect of patients. In the future clinical application process, we should pay more attention to mechanism research, fully tap the external treatment advantages of Chinese medicine fumigation and bath, and give full play to the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine, such as simplicity, ease, and low cost.
