基于“通则不痛”理论探讨龙虎交战针法治疗三叉神经痛

Discussion on the Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia by Dragon and Tiger Combat Needle Method Based on the Theory of “General Rule Is Not Pain”

摘要: 三叉神经痛(trigeminal neuralgia, TN)是一种常见的神经系统疾病，是以面部三叉神经分布区域出现放射性、灼烧样抽掣疼痛为主的疾病，可持续数秒到数分钟，具有反复性、间歇性。目前，西医对于TN的治疗以口服卡马西平药物为主，但长期服用药物会存在一定的副作用，且患者依从性低，难以取得满意的疗效。中医治疗该病具有独特的优势，认为其基本病机为面部经络气血阻滞，经脉不通，不通则通。龙虎交战针法源于《金针赋》，具有调气和血、镇静止痛的作用。本文基于“通则不痛”理论，旨在拓展针刺手法治疗TN的治疗思路。

Abstract: Trigeminal neuralgia (TN) is a common neurological disorder characterized by radiation, burning-like throbbing pain in the distribution area of the trigeminal nerve in the face, which can last from seconds to minutes and is repetitive and intermittent. At present, Western medicine mainly uses oral carbamazepine for the treatment of TN, but long-term use of the drug will have certain side effects, and patient compliance is low, so it is difficult to achieve satisfactory efficacy. Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in the treatment of this disease, and it is believed that its basic pathogenesis is the blockage of qi and blood in the facial meridians, if the meridians are blocked, they will be pained. The Dragon and Tiger Combat Needle Method originates from the “Golden Needle Fu”, which has the effect of regulating qi and blood, and calming pain. Based on the theory of “General Rule Is Not Pain”, this paper aims to expand the treatment idea of acupuncture manual treatment for TN.
