摘要: 深化产教融合是推动现代职业教育高质量发展的重点。在产教融合视域下，高职院校针对婴幼儿托育服务人才需求升级，探索创新人才培养实践路径具有重要意义。具体如下：创新“2 + 1”进阶培养模式，重构产教能力跃升路径；精准定位人才目标，推动人才供需动态适配；重构“医教养”协同课程体系，强化专业与职业衔接；贯通“岗课赛证”四维联动，提升人才综合素养；搭建校企命运共同体，长效赋能合作机制；打造专兼“双师型”教学创新团队，满足多元教育需求。

Abstract: Deepening the integration of industry and education is the key to promoting the high-quality development of modern vocational education. From the perspective of the integration of industry and education, it is of great significance for vocational colleges to upgrade the demand for infant and toddler care service talents and explore innovative talent cultivation practice paths. Specifically, we will innovate the “2 + 1” advanced training model and reconstruct the path for enhancing production and education capabilities; Accurately positioning talent goals and promoting dynamic adaptation of talent supply and demand; Refactoring the collaborative curriculum system of “medical education” and strengthening the connection between majors and professions; Integrate the four-dimensional linkage of “job, course, competition, and certification” to enhance the comprehensive literacy of talents; Build a community of shared future between schools and enterprises, and establish a long-term empowerment cooperation mechanism; Build a dedicated and dual teacher teaching innovation team to meet diverse educational needs.
