教育现象学视域下师范生教育机智的养成与践行
The Cultivation and Practice of Educational Wit among Normal School Students from the Perspective of Educational Phenomenology

摘要: 教育机智是师范生未来从教的重要能力,也是师范生成长为优秀教师乃至教育家型教师的必备素养。教育现象学秉承“回溯事物本身,关注教育体验”、“注重实践与反思,追寻教育意义”、“以人为本,秉承人文主义教育观”的思想理念,为师范生教育机智的养成提供了新的视域,即:回归生活体验,以境濡智;熏陶教育情感,以情启智;立足教育理论,以理驭智;投身教育实践,以行促智。教育现象学视域下,教育机智应具身感知,丰富实践体验;文本创作、增强心理体验;思维转换,培养创新精神以及课程修习,厚植理论基础。
Abstract: Educational wit is an important ability for normal school students to become teachers in the future, and it is also an essential quality for them to grow into excellent teachers and even educator teachers. Educational phenomenology adheres to the ideological concepts of “tracing back to things themselves and focusing on educational experience”, “emphasizing practice and reflection and pursuing educational significance”, and “people-oriented and upholding the humanistic educational view”, providing a new perspective for the cultivation of educational wit among normal school students, namely: returning to life experience and cultivating wisdom through the environment; cultivating educational emotions and inspiring wisdom through emotions; based on educational theory, using reason to control wisdom; devoting oneself to educational practice and promoting wisdom through action. From the perspective of educational phenomenology, educational intelligence should be embodied in perception and enrich practical experience. Educational wit should focus on text creation and enhance psychological experience. Educational wisdom should involve a shift in thinking, the cultivation of an innovative spirit and the study of courses, as well as a solid theoretical foundation.
