面向人工智能的管理类专业课程改革策略研究
Research on Curriculum Reform Strategies for Management Majors Oriented towards Artificial Intelligence
摘要: 人工智能(Artificial Intelligence, AI)的快速发展对管理类专业人才培养提出了全新挑战。研究聚焦于面向人工智能的管理类专业课程改革,旨在探索培养适应人工智能时代需求的高素质管理人才的有效路径。通过分析人工智能对管理模式的重塑、人才培养的新战略要求以及现有课程体系的不足,研究提出了以“AI素养与计算思维培养”、“AI与管理学科深度融合”、“AI驱动的创新实践与能力提升”及“AI伦理与人文领导力塑造”为核心模块的课程体系重构框架。为支持该框架的实施,研究进一步阐述了教学内容与方法创新、师资队伍AI赋能、产教深度融合等关键改革策略,旨在为高校管理类专业有效推进课程改革、提升人才培养质量、增强学生在人工智能时代的核心竞争力提供理论参考与实践指引。
Abstract: The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) poses new challenges to the cultivation of management professionals. This study focuses on the curriculum reform of management majors oriented towards AI, aiming to explore effective pathways for cultivating high-quality management talents adapted to the demands of the AI era. By analyzing the reshaping of management models by AI, the new strategic requirements for talent cultivation, and the deficiencies of existing curriculum systems, this research proposes a curriculum system restructuring framework with “AI Literacy and Computational Thinking Cultivation”, “Deep Integration of AI and Management Disciplines”, “AI-Driven Innovative Practice and Capability Enhancement”, and “AI Ethics and Humanistic Leadership Shaping” as its core modules. To support the implementation of this framework, the study further elaborates on key reform strategies, including innovation in teaching content and methods, AI empowerment of faculty, and deep integration of industry and education. This research aims to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for colleges and universities to effectively advance curriculum reform in management majors, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and enhance students’ core competitiveness in the AI era.
