新媒体时代大学生的沟通异化及重构路径——基于哈贝马斯交往行为理论

Communication Alienation among College Students in the New Media Era and Pathways to Reconstruction—Based on Habermas’ Theory of Communicative Action

摘要: 在新媒体技术深度渗透的背景下，大学生群体面临显著的沟通困境。本文基于哈贝马斯的交往行为理论，分析了新媒体时代大学生沟通异化的表现与根源。研究发现，大学生沟通异化主要体现在三重维度：信息过载、符号通胀与算法驯化。针对这些问题，本文提出三条重构路径：通过“理性回归现实人际交往”重建对话共识，构建“真诚交往”环境以破解符号通胀，以及倡导“具身交往”以恢复身体经验在沟通中的本体地位。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of deep penetration of new media technologies, the college student demographic faces significant communication dilemmas. Based on Habermas’ theory of communicative action, this paper analyzes the manifestations and root causes of communication alienation among college students in the new media era. The study finds that communication alienation among college students primarily manifests in three dimensions: information overload, symbolic inflation, and algorithmic domestication. To address these issues, this paper proposes three reconstruction pathways: rebuilding dialogic consensus through “rational return to real interpersonal communication,” creating a “sincere communication” environment to resolve symbolic inflation, and advocating for “embodied communication” to restore the ontological status of bodily experience in communication.
