摘要: 中华优秀传统文化是中华文明的智慧精华，至今仍深刻影响着中华民族的思想和行为。老子的思想是中华传统文化的重要组成部分，其人生观蕴涵着丰富的生命哲理，给人以思想启迪。老子人生观的主要内容包括自然无为的人生境界、见素抱朴的道德追求和致虚守静的心境目标，这对于新时代青年的成长成才有着积极的促进作用。学习老子的人生哲理，有助于大学生树立科学的人生观、为大学生提供解决人生问题的智慧和养成积极的人生态度。最后通过推动老子人生智慧走向校园、充分利用现代媒体技术传播老子人生智慧等路径来滋养当代大学生的成长发展。

Abstract: The fine traditional Chinese culture is the wisdom essence of Chinese civilization and still profoundly influences the thoughts and behaviors of the Chinese nation to this day. Lao Tzu’s thoughts are an important part of traditional Chinese culture. His outlook on life contains rich life philosophies and provides people with ideological enlightenment. The main contents of Lao Tzu’s outlook on life include a natural and non-actional life realm, a moral pursuit of embracing simplicity and embracing plainness, and a state of mind goal of achieving emptiness and maintaining tranquility. This has a positive promoting effect on the growth and success of young people in the new era. Learning Lao Tzu’s philosophy of life helps college students establish a scientific outlook on life, provides them with wisdom to solve life problems and develops a positive attitude towards life. Finally, the growth and development of contemporary college students can be nourished through promoting Lao Tzu’s life wisdom to the campus and making full use of modern media technology to disseminate Lao Tzu’s life wisdom.
