一例宫颈浸润性复层产黏液癌并文献复习
One Case of Invasive Stratified Mucin-Producing Carcinoma and Literature Review

摘要: 宫颈浸润性复层产黏液癌(Invasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma, ISMC)是新近发现的具有独特组织病理学特点的宫颈浸润性腺癌的罕见类型，其早期复发及远处转移风险高，预后差。由于国内外文献报道较少，临床医师对其认识尚不充分，可能增加该病诊治的难度，本文通过回顾分析我科收治的1例中晚期宫颈浸润性复层产黏液癌的临床诊治过程及预后，并结合最新文献分析总结，以提高对该病的认识水平。
Abstract: Invasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma (ISMC) is a rare type of invasive adenocarcinoma of the cervix with unique histopathological features, which has a high risk of early recurrence and distant metastasis, and has a poor prognosis. Due to the lack of literature reports at home and abroad, clinicians still do not fully understand it, which may increase the difficulty of diagnosis and treatment of this disease, this article reviews and analyzes the clinical diagnosis and treatment process and prognosis of one case of mid-to-advanced cervical invasive stratified mucin-producing carcinoma admitted to our department, and summarizes it in combination with the latest literature analysis to improve the level of understanding of this disease.
