电商网络支付适老化困境的治理路径探究

A Study on the Governance Path of the Dilemma of E-Commerce Online Payment for the Elderly

摘要: 本文聚焦于电商网络支付适老化问题，剖析操作复杂性、安全焦虑和自我效能感缺失的三重困境及其成因，探讨老年群体在电商网络支付的体验问题。通过借鉴“嵌入式治理”理论框架，从技术、服务和政策三个维度整合治理路径，旨在保障现有支付体系高效运行的前提下为老年用户提供精准化支持，把握适老要素与支付生态的深度耦合的方向下，探索弥合数字鸿沟提供参考的实施对策及建议。

Abstract: This study focuses on the challenges of adapting e-commerce online payment systems for elderly users. It analyzes the triple challenges of complex interfaces, security concerns, and low self-efficacy, along with their root causes, exploring the user experience issues faced by seniors in e-commerce payments. By applying the theoretical framework of “embedded governance”, it integrates governance pathways across three dimensions—technology, services, and policy. The aim is to provide tailored support for elderly users while ensuring the efficient operation of the existing payment system. In aligning age-appropriate design elements with the deeper integration into the payment ecosystem, this research explores implementation strategies and recommendations for bridging the digital divide from the perspective of an institutional think tank.
