校园心理剧与艺术院校的融合探析
Exploration into the Integration of Campus Psychodrama and Art Schools
摘要: 校园心理剧作为融合心理疗愈与艺术表达的创新形式,在艺术院校中具有独特的应用价值。本研究基于心理剧理论(Moreno理论)和艺术生心理特征(如情绪敏感、创造性强但易焦虑、冲动等),探讨校园心理剧与艺术院校专业的跨学科融合路径。通过剧本创作、舞台设计、数字媒体等技术结合,可提升心理剧的艺术感染力与疗愈效果,同时促进艺术生的专业实践与心理健康。研究指出,实施中需解决学生参与度低、师资复合能力不足、学科壁垒等问题,并提出案例库建设、课程开发、竞赛激励等对策。校园心理剧的跨专业实践,既能优化艺术院校心理健康教育模式,又能推动“心理 + 艺术”协同育人生态的构建,为艺术生的全面发展提供新思路。
Abstract: Campus psychological drama, as an innovative form that integrates psychological therapy and artistic expression, has unique application value in art colleges. This study is based on the theory of psychodrama (Moreno theory) and the psychological characteristics of art students, such as emotional sensitivity, strong creativity but easy anxiety, impulsivity, etc., to explore the interdisciplinary integration path between campus psychodrama and art college majors. By combining script creation, stage design, digital media and other technologies, the artistic appeal and healing effect of psychological drama can be enhanced, while promoting the professional practice and mental health of art students. The study points out that in implementation, it is necessary to address issues such as low student participation, insufficient teacher composite ability, and disciplinary barriers, and propose countermeasures such as case library construction, curriculum development, and competition incentives. The cross disciplinary practice of campus psychological drama can not only optimize the mental health education model in art colleges, but also promote the construction of a collaborative education ecology of “psychology + art”, providing new ideas for the comprehensive development of art students.
